What is the next cyclone name

Chennai people will never forget about the Cyclone Vardah hit Chennai on December 12. Its said that the speed was more than 140 KMPH. The impact can be seen and felt by everyone. 

How are cyclones named?  
Actual naming of cyclones started up with hurricanes in the Atlantic Ocean. If a cyclonic storm has reached up a speed or crosses for more than 74 KMPH so called as Cyclone, Typhoon, Hurricane.
Hurricanes, typhoons, cyclones and have different names. In Atlantic its called 

Hurricane, Typhoon in the Pacific and Cyclone in the Indian Ocean.
When did the naming start?  
At early times, in the year 2000, cyclones are formed in Indian ocean region were stated to be named. A formula was agreed by countries in 2004. 
There are eight countries in the Indian ocean region – Bangladesh, India, Maldives, Myanmar, Oman, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Thailand came together to name the cyclones. 
 
Maarutha, Next Cyclone in Indian Ocean 
Next Cyclone is said to hit Indian Ocean has named as  Maarutha, by Sri lanka. Before a cyclone is formed the name for cyclone is said to be given by a country. 
Though Maarutha cyclone not yet formed it is already called as the next cyclone.
