Vegetarain foods to be avoided by pregnant women

Bad news for future moms as per the major study taken by Norwegian University of Science and Technology that 21% has increased risk in premature birth. Study was done on a sample of about 11000 women from 11 different countries. Data indicated that those who follow a diet that excluded fish, meat and many other animal derivatives had many other probability of having problems at the time of pregnancy. Most significant risk associated with giving birth to 37th week gestation. Authors study that one possible reason for this is that vitamin B12 deficiency which is common in people who follow vegan diet. This vitamin is said to be an essential nutrient. During pregnancy its necessary to have a delicate balance upon  all nutritional elements of importance in maintaining a well being for mother and fetus.
