State Transport employees receive Rs 3000 cash
Employees who are working with State Transport Corporation at Tamil Nadu is said to receive only Rs 3000 as cash.
Due to the demonetization of Rs 500 and Rs 1000 notes at early this month, people are moving into ATM centers and banks cash withdraw.Its said that there are restrictions with cash withdrawal even in bank too.
Employees working with state transport corporation have stated that its difficult to withdrawal cash from banks or ATMs. Hence that they have requested to the government to pay them November salary as cash. Its decided to pay November salary for drivers, conductors and other employees who are working with state transport corporation to receive Rs 3000 as cash but not the overall salary.
Under Viluppuram government transport corporation, there are about 6000 employees. From 2005-06, these employees are said to paid with their monthly salary into their bank account. About 6000 individuals are said to be given with Rs 3000 out of their original salary as cash on 30th November and the remaining is said to be credited to their bank account.
