South India rainfall forecast until 10th December 2017. According to the weather forecast report the first cyclonic storm in south India of the season has finally formed and has been named as Ockhi. There is a possibility for heavy to moderate heavy rain into a severe cyclone during the next 24 hours. The cyclonic storm will move towards Lakshadweep Islands due to which torrential rains are possible over the region during the next 24 hours.
Heavy rainfall Not only in Lakshadweep Islands, the Ockhi cyclone has already begun to start high rainfall in the southern parts of Kerala and Tamil Nadu with heavy and moderate rainfall. In fact, Ockhi cyclone have also been witnessed in many areas of Kanyakumari due to which four people have been killed in heavy rainfall.
As per the weatherman report, Another low pressure depression which is formed in Andaman Sea as of now is expected to move in a west northwest direction towards Tamil Nadu and other region near the state. The system also had the potential of increase into a cyclonic storm around the latter part of the first week of December 2017.
However heavy to moderate rainfall will expert in Chennai and other region, Kerala and other some part in Karnataka between 3rd to 7th December 2017
