RPF rescues girl from Kidnappers from Ghaziabad station

Railway Protection Force rescued a 12 year old girl at Ghaziabad railway station from the clutches of kidnappers from Delhi was about to board in a train to Haridwar. Police said that it was doubted to be involved in human trafficking.

Manoj Kumar (35) spotted at Ghaziabad railway station with the minor two days in a row. One of our men who had seen him with the same girl a day ago tried to enquire what the matter was. As soon as the man saw men in uniform walking towards him, he started leaving in a hurry without his luggage or the girl,” a senior RPF official said.

Upon checking his luggage, the RPF found two tickets to Haridwar and a passport photo which the girl confirmed to be Kumar’s. We then informed all our units present at the station and men were deployed in civil dress to locate him. He was nabbed at the pre-paid taxi booth outside the station,” the official said.
