Rain with thunder to persist till 13th May
Chennai Meteorological Centre is said to have estimated that there will be heavy rain in may places in Tamil Nadu until 13th May. There are prospects of rain from today at north districts.
Due to cyclonic format which has developed at upper layers of the atmosphere over regions from northern Karnataka districts to Tamil Nadu interior districts, there will be heavy rain at several districts in Tamil Nadu.
From today (Thursday, 10th May) until 13th May, there is said to be mild to heavy rains with thunder at several districts in Tamil Nadu. There are prospects of heavy rain at northern rain at northern coastal areas of Tamil Nadu at the districts of Chennai, Kanchipuram, Thiruvallur, Villupuram, Cuddalore, Thanjavur, and Pudukkottai.
Chennai is said to be record a maximum temperature of 38 Degrees Celsius. Districts of Thiruvallur, Kanchipuram, Vellore, Thiruvannamalai, Karur, Trichy, and Perambalur is said to record of 42 Degree celsius.
