Overwork leads to heart disease and stroke

According to the latest study in the journal stated that working more than 55 hours in a week will increase up the high risk of getting stroke. This main study was conducted by researchers at University of London.

This research was over 600,000 men and women. Many participants are said to be from Europe, US and Australia. This was the average study and analysis over 8.5 years. This results stated that the people who worked over 55 hours a week has 13 percent of getting heart attack.

In another different study is stated that more than 500,000 men and women are followed for about 7.2 years. The researchers were 1.3 times higher to a risk of stroke for those who work for 55 hours or more a week. For both analyses, the results were in the same one after taking health behaviors such as smoking, alcohol consumption and physical activity into consideration
