Namma Chennai app has received nearly 3000 complaints now


In the month of January 2018 Namma Chennai app which belongs to Chennai Corporation was launched. This app is said to have been making huge noises since then.

Recent news on Namma Chennai app is just four months of time the Corporation had received about 2977 complaints through this app. This means that amazing app, residents of Chennai has been able to voice their concerns and many other issues such as abandoned cars, pavements and poor lightning which have been brought to the notice of civic officials

Mr. Balaji who belong sot Mandaveli expressed his views on the Namma Chennai app of Chennai Corporation. He spoke on how potholes present at the street were brought to the notice of civic officials and how the problem was attended very fast by the officials. Road laying and mosquito bite problems were other issues and complaints were given by Mr. Balaji using this app.

There were also many other complaints from residents regarding their complaints being closed online and not resolved yet.

Resident of Vadapalani, D. Rekha spoke about after receiving the complaint the civic officials did well in fixing the street lights in 2 days of time. She later stated that official concerned on closing complaint with resolved status rather than attending to that issue.
