Morning foods to reduce weight

Its a healthy trend to take more nutritious food in the morning time, medium quantity of food in non session and as well as lesser in nights. If this is strictly followed, the weight will definitely come down within a month.

Here are some food list which will reduce your weight. Include the below foods in your morning meals (breakfast):
Oats
Oats is a low-calorie food item which is rich in fibre content which gives energy and gives a good filling for stomach. This reduces fat. Oats porridge can be prepared by mixing oats in fat free milk or less quantity milk to be taken.
Egg
Egg is rich in iron, protein and vitamins. It contains good cholesterol. Egg reduce the fat deposit in stomach and liver which is advisable to include at least one egg in your morning food. 
Yogurt
Yogurt is rich in protein and minerals. Minerals strengthen the nerves. They also reduce fat. Yogurt contains less fat. Include yogurt in your morning meals. 
Apple
Apple contains a lot of vitamins and fibre. Take apple in morning which gives a good filling. So other food intake reduces.
Almond
Almond is rich in iron and fibre. It is good for heart which has anti-oxidant properties. Please start taking three soaked almonds on the previous night on the empty stomach which will reduce fat. 
Bananas
Take bananas in morning food which helps keeping the liver clean. Germs and other living organisms such as insects and worms get removed. Banana is rich in fibre which also fills the stomach and helps to reduce fat. 
Spinach
It is well advisable to make chapatis or gravy with spinach in the morning time which dissolves the fat. It is rich in calcium and gives strength which reduces bloating of the stomach.
