More Indian gooseberry lead to many problems
Most of us has came across greenish yellow colored spherical fruit with six vertical stripes or furrows. This is amla or Indian gooseberry fruit which belongs to family so called as phyllanthaceae.
This is known that this amla is used in all types of ayurvedic medicines and both dried as well as fresh forms of amla plays the main role. Amla used to treat diseases since olden times. Its brought out that this amla not to be consumed by those who have haemoglobin levels low in them. People who are on any kind of anticoagulant medications must avoid it completely. Intake of amla provides us many health benefits such as improved immunity, cures mouth ulcers, strength, controls diabetes and more. Many dont understand that excessive consumption of amla or Indian goseberry will lead to many health problems.

Bleeding is increased:
This is one of the main side effect of having too much amla. People who are on medications such as ibuprofen, asprin and heparin must avoid this amla fruit intake which could reduce platelet aggregation by 36%. Bleeding would be more in those people.
The acidic nature of amla is due to the presence of vitamin C into it. For purpose of detoxification, this fruit amla is consumed in empty stomach. This result in acidity and will lead to stomach upset and more. Its said that those persons who have got history of hyperacidity or sensitive to vitamin C to avoid taking amla.
Presence of fibres in amla plays the main role in treating problems such as diarrhoea more. Fruit is consumed in excess which could lead to bulking of stools. To prevent constipation, water along with dried amla juice or amla powder to be taken.
Intake of amla pickles more to be avoided by people having hypertension or renal issues. Kidneys ability to remove water gets reduced by salt intake. This result in too much of pressure on kidneys and extra fluid. Finally BP increases in us.
Cold gets worsened:
Symptoms of cold get worsened by intake of amla in form of fruit or powder. When amla is consumed with mixing of honey which could cure cold issue.
Burning sensation during urinating:
When Indian gooseberry or amla is consumed more then burning sensation occurs in person. Urine to be foul smelling and cloudy. So be careful.
Sudden weight loss:
Huge intake of amla will trigger up the excessive loss of water from body. Mainly is because of diuretic nature of amla. There would be rapid loss in weight within few weeks on consuming amla. Frequent urination is the main reason for weight loss.
People who are allergic to amla have issues like stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, headaches, itchy skin in them. Avoid consuming amal totally.
