Low pressure area moves in Andaman Sea

Low pressure area is said to have been persisting over Gulf of Thailand which is now seen over Andaman Sea. It’s predicted by Skymet Weather, system is said to have been moving at westerly direction towards Indian waters. At this wake of rains, this have already picked up pace all over Andaman and Nicobar Islands with most places recording moderate to heavy showers.

We expect moderate to heavy showers to continue for another 24 to 48 hours as low pressure area is said to persist. As system is travelling favorable weather conditions is said to intensify further which predict weathermen. After getting more marked, system is to track at westerly direction towards at the coast of Tamil Nadu and Sri Lanka.

This system to revive the Northeast Monsoon is said to be over Peninsular India is at present but not active. Low pressure area is near at the coast that can expect heavy to heavy rains to lash up South Tamil Nadu and Sri Lanka around November 27 to November 28th.

Remaining parts of the state including Chennai to see mainly moderate showers with some heavy spells during the same time.
