This move to reduce total population of cars on road and increase public transport usage, Infosys and Chennai Metro Rail Limited to get together for a new deal. As per Infosys employees take their office buses from starting at Alandur metro station until Mahindra World City. Plans for similar transportation until Sholinganallur office are being worked out.

This clearly aims to increase up public transportation interest. Following weeks, Infosys employees wish to go to Sholinganallur which may also start utilizing this facility. Inorder to reach a particular point, they may opt train facility and there on, office bus facility to be provided to reach up their workplace states by a senior official.

In spite of no relevant official confirmation from Infosys yet, five company employees are being affirmed the update.
There were number of Infosys employees travelled until Alandur Metro and took their office bus from there. This pattern is set to continue.
One of the Infosys employees at Mahindra City states that he was too late in seeing notification at this regard so that he failed to use Metro. This plan sounds to be good. As far as road traffic is concerned, specially during prime hours day-the morning hours-this is seriously a good plan. He hails from koyambedu and hence to take a train until Alandur seems to work out well.
To note, a similar deal was finalized by Chennai Metro Rail with DLF, Porur.
The bus facility provided is notably a 14-seater van from Alandur.
