How to prepare Raspberry ice cream

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Directions

  • Blend the raspberries in a blender and cover it until chopped. Pour it large bowl, Put one cup of sugar and dissolve it until the sugar get dissolve in it. Stir the remaining one until it gets blended
  • Pour mixture into cylinder of ice cream freezer; freeze 2-4 hours or until it gets firm
