How to prepare Pazham Nurukku
Fully ripe nentranpazham – 1 no
Jaggery – 1 tblsp
1. Cut the pazham into three pieces.
2. In a vessel put the pieces and add water above the level of the pieces.
3. Add jaggery and boil for 15 – 20 minutes
4. When it is cooked,remove from the water.
5. Cool, remove the skin and serve.
Tips – The banana should be fully ripe.
