How to prepare Chicken soup


  • Whole Chicken
  • 4 carrots
  • Water to cover
  • 10 to 15 beans
  • Cabbage if needed
  • 1 large onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules


  • Put the piece chicken, carrot, beans, cabbage and onion in large soup pot and cover it up with cold water. Heat it in simmer in uncovered manner. Wait until the chicken meat falls off of from the bones
  • Take everything from the pot. Strain the broth. Pick up the meat off from the bones and chop the carrots, beans and onion. Use salt, pepper and chicken bouillon to taste. Stir up all the ingredients together.
  • Your chicken soup is ready to serve hot
