Just pointer it on the scale which has not moved much. but if your clothes is said to have started fitting you perfectly (no more bulges can be seen) or have loosened a bit, you have lost inches. You might not need to buy new clothes at this point but inch loss is a sign that you will soon need. If you have satisfied and your body which has no deficiencies, your body stops craving for junk.
