Strawberry and Apple smoothie

Just see through the image of mouth watery apple and strawberry smoothie. You will love to have the delicious treat. It’s healthy and delicious to drink and you can use this smoothie for morning breakfast which fills up your stomach

Ingredients to strawberry and apple smoothie

  • Strawberry- 2 cup
  • Apple- 1 cup
  • Milk- 1 cup
  • Honey – 1tbsp

INSTRUCTIONS

Peel off the apple skin and cut the apples into medium sized pieces

Remove the green part of strawberry and cut into halves

Add a cup of milk and blend well with a blender or food processor

Add one tbsp of honey if required or add sugar according to your wish

Stir the milkshake and pour glass. Make it cool and serve it

Orange Carrot Smoothie

All people love to have smoothie a lot especially kids.  People who love to have smoothie are having it usually outside then here is a chance to have your smoothie prepared in your home which will be healthy and delicious to consume.  Fruit Smoothies are very delicious and nutritious to have, likewise if you prefer veggie smoothie this also gives you the same preference when compared to nutrition. Both fruit and vegetable combined smoothie if you consume then obviously you will get nutrition and proper supplement to your body.

Ingredients to prepare Orange Carrot Smoothie

  • One Orange
  • One Banana
  • ¾ cup of shredded carrot
  • Honey-1tbsp(optional)

Preparation of Orange Carrot Smoothie

  • Peel orange and banana separately and blend all the ingredients in a blend until it becomes smooth.
  • If you feel that smoothie is not sweet then add little sugar or honey or any piece of apple or pear.

Carrot Pineapple Smoothie

Carrot Pineapple Smoothie is highly nutritious and very good healthy supplements drink. You can have this smoothie pre or post work out or you can have this smoothie for breakfast. Here is the preparation method mentioned below:

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup carrot juice
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • ½ cup cashew hazelnut drink (milk of your choice), Almond
  • ⅛ tsp cinnamon, ground
  • ½ cup ice

Preparation:

Add all ingredients in a blender and process the smoothie until it get smooth.

Note:

If you want to sweeten it even more then add honey or 1tbsp of sugar as you wish.
