Ecommerce special offer for festival season
At the festival seasons E Tailers are highly increasing up their sales in the month of October-November period through exclusive brand through many brand tie ups and numerous product launches. At present there are many E- commerce portals such as Flipkart, Amazon, Snapdeal, eBay, ShopClues and Paytm are increasing up their ad campaigns, which may cost in excess of Rs.200 crore and offer deep discounts of 50-70%.
Its Snapdeals are promising up with discount sales of 70 per cent off across mobile, fashion, electronics and many more home categories at the time of Diwali sale. It is told as the Monday sale as a sneak peek of festive season. Festival season in India is start next month of Navratri festival. At the last festival season, Snapdeal has launched up the mega sale so called as `Big Sale Day`, which is about 15 times jump in traffic and sales was done at Rs 1 crore a minute over a period of 10 hours.
Flipkart at its `Big Billion Day` started its sales of steep discounts offered on across products. Flipkart’s Big Billion Day sale clocked of about $100 million in gross value within first 10 hours that led to server problems.
