Eating spicy foods gives longer life
According to the new study which stated that Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences stated that the people who consume spicy foods regularly will live longer. The study was conducted by the Chinese Academy
There is an ingredient so called as capsaicin which is found in many spices that has a very good health benefits which include anti obesity, anti oxidant, anti inflammation and anti cancer.
487375 participants around the world were studied over a period of 7.2 years. The Participants were aged between 30 and 70 years at the beginning of the study. They gave the details about the physical measurement, general health, and consumption of spicy foods. People who had cancer disease, stroke were excluded from the study. The study made up large factors of martial statusm age, physical activity and level of education.
People who eat spicy foods include dried chilies commonly. After 7.2 years, 20224 people had died. When death cause and diet were compared that found that people who ate spicy food every day had a 14 per cent less chance of death compared to those who consume spicy food once a week. Its also said that people who eat spicy food had less risk of getting cancer, respiratory system diseases and ischaemic heart.
