Coke and Pepsi to be banned at Tamil Nadu after 1st March

Tamil Nadu Traders Association has well announced that they will not sell foreign cool drinks including Coke and Pepsi.

President of Association, Mr Vikarama Raja stated that while discussing with press reports at Villipuram and federation has taken up a decision that not to sell foreign made cool drinks specially Pepsi and Coke. Federation is said to encourage the sales of local made cool drinks.

The American Organisation PETA had moved to Supreme Court to ban Jallikattu due to this protesters in recent times against ban to put up slogan that they will not drink cool drinks from that country. Tamil Nadu Traders Association has taken up decision that stop selling cool drinks as a measure with the protesters.
Its constructed as good benefit from  Jallikattu protests. 10 years ago many traders were said to manufacture cold drinks locally and sold them. They made popular drink soda from it. After the advent of foreign cool drinks Coke and Pepsi, local small scale manufacturing industry of cold drinks to be banned gradually.
