Coconut Oil reduces the risk of heart diseases and stroke

Current report stated that adding coconut oil every day for monthly once may decrease danger of heart illness and stroke. Examination done by scientists from the University of Cambridge.

Researchers directed the investigation on 94 volunteers between the ages of 50 and 75, none of whom had a past filled with heart illness or diabetes.
