Beetroot Juice

Make a tasty and yummy juice with some beetroot and orange slices. Add some lemon juice to the beetroot juice and garnish it with mint leaves. This is the way to have beetroots in healthy ways.

Beetroot Halwa

For preparing yummy and delicious beetroot halwa, Grind some beetroot and fry it in olive oil or any cooking oil. Add cashew, condensed milk and grated coconut and mix well. Serve it hot. This is one among the healthy way to eat beetroot.



Beetroot Raita

Beetroot Raita or otherwise called as Beetroot curd salad. This is one among the best idea to have your delicious beetroot raita. In a bowl of curd, add some pepper powder and chat powder to the curd and then mix the grinded beetroot on to the curd mixture and add some banana slices to it(if you like). Garnish it with coriander leaves.

For preparing beetroot fry, boil beetroots in water until all the water evaporates, Fry onion, garlic, cumin seeds in a pan. Now fry the beetroot in olive oil or in some cooking oil add the above mixture it. Garnish it with sesame seeds well.

This is the one and only dish which you can preserve for a longer period of time. Cut the beetroot in small pieces and mix with vinegar, mustard seeds, cooking oil and salt to taste with red chillies. Close the lid tightly and rest it for 10 to 15 days for further fermentation.

For preparing Beetroot Milkshake, make slices of beetroot, apple and banana. Grind them and mix it well with milk and half of yoghurt. Blend it again to form a smooth milkshakes. This is one among the best way to have beetroot.
