Benefits of carrot to skin
Carrots are one of the main vegetable for skin. Carrot has high Vitamin C content that repairs your damaged skin and prevents from wrinkles formation. They are one of the high sources of Vitamin A. This makes the skin to produce collagen production and makes your skin smooth.
There are many natural homemade pack that make your skin glow youthful. The pack contains carrots which help you to peel off the dead skin and hence it acts as an exfoliator.
Boil two peeled carrots. Mash it nicely. Add about 1 teaspoon of almond oil and mix well then refrigerate it for about two hours. Apply on your face especially on to your eyes, chin and cheeks area. These are places in which you may get wrinkles. Leave them for half an hour and use lukewarm water to rinse it off. For best results, use this pack for three times a week.
