8 glasses of water a day
As per the latest article published in the New York Times stated that to drink every eight glasses of water a day is just told be a myth. This advised was been moving around many years ago and is now believed to make your body keep hydrated.
The article is written by Aaron E. Carroll, who is a Professor of Pediatrics at the Indiana University of Medicine. He states that there is no scientific reason in drinking 8 glasses of water a day. As per the latest article which was first published in the year 1945 by food and Nutrition Board recommendation. This recommendation stated that people need to consume 2.5 liters of water a day which is nearly 8 glasses of water a day.
Prof. Carroll states that water is present in our daily foods like fruits, vegetables, juice, tea, coffee and hence water is not only to be the source of hydration but states that it is a proven scientific one for giving extra energy for your health.
