10 Percent increase in the prices of White Goods
Those who have planned to buy white goods such as Television, Air Conditioner and Refrigerator this summer which will have to face a big blow at their planned budget. An approximate rate of 10 percent increase at the prices of these white goods which were officially confirmed.
Now for an instance television is tagged between Rs 1200 and Rs 15000 for those products prices are to be re-tagged an increase of about Rs Rs 1, 200 to Rs 1, 500 respectively.
Sudden prices hike is said to be the result of increase in costs production for White goods manufacturing companies. Electronic products manufactures get some raw materials necessary for production at very expensive prices after Central Government for GST imposition.
GST for white goods are related to luxury and an essential thing for a typical Indian Family stated as an official from Central Government Taxing Department. People do have a different point of view in buying such goods which is entirely a fact that Central Tax Department is said to be imposing GST on white goods products affects general consumers too.
People are expecting a decrease in Refrigerator and Television prices when looking for a cut in GST but sudden increase from 18% to 28% for White goods was a big shock for the Consumers. After several requests appeals Consumers to eagerly waiting for price cut and latest reports confirms that there might be a hike for about 10 Percent prices of White Goods.
